How to Access Wholesale Catalog and How to Order
To see wholesale items and their prices, and to place an order,

Step 1

Registration for Wholesale Account

Please send your business information to us by email. Click on the button "Registration".
Sales Tax Exemption Certificate or Business Licence is required.

Step 2

Receiving Access Codes (User ID & Password)

After registration, you will receive Access Codes from us by email.
Access Codes are updated from time to time and you will be informed by email in advance.

Step 3

Log-in to Wholesale Online Catalog

Click on the button "Wholesale Catalog". Then you will be required to input Access Codes.
If you input them successfully, then you can reach our Wholesale Online Catalog.

Ordering

You can place an order online after selecting your items. We have no Minimum Order Requirement. You can place an order from one package online, by email or fax.

Shipping

FOB from California, USA. We usually ship within 7-10 days even if we don’t have in stock because we have a shipment from Japan once a week at least. Shipping method is USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Actual shipping cost will be added to your order amount
for Overseas Customer
Shipping method is USPS International Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail Service (EMS) only. The shipping cost, tariff and other related expenses must be covered by Customer. Actual shipping cost will be added to your order amount.

Payment

We accept credit card (Master or Visa).If you would like to order not online but offline (by mail), Money orders, Cashier checks, or Personal checks are acceptable. Please make your check payable to EmmaCreation Craft Gala, Inc.
for Overseas Customer
We accept credit card (Master or Visa), PayPal and Wire-transfer. The payment must be completed before shipping.

Order Cancellation/Change

The orders can be cancelled or changed by written notice. Telephone call is not accepted. Before the items are shipped from CA, the order can be cancelled/changed at any time without any fees. However, once the items were shipped from CA, the shipping fees, handling fees and other related expenses caused by the cancellation/change will be charged and the balance will be credit for the future orders.

Return Policy

No returns are accepted other than the case of defect or shipping error, which must be reported by written notice within 10 days after receiving the items.
